Why can’t I see who are the advertisers in my network?
Though AdExcel empowers you with a Personal Advertising Network, we feel strongly that the nature of this highly distributed advertising network will be very hard to satisfy advertisers if their details are not being managed consistently in a secured framework. Although AdExcel Publishers are given full exclusivity to provide registrations for new advertisers, all payment details, customer service and backend support will be managed by the AdExcel main headquarters. This is to ensure consistent quality of service and excellent support provided across board. We also believe this is beneficial for Publishers as we want you to put your priority in making money instead of bothering in the backend and technical aspects.
Why does my Publisher Dashboard looks like a social network?
That’s one of the main advantages of being an AdExcel Publisher. Now, you can truly experience what it means by Social Performance Earning Model – the power to earn more from your own advertising network and also the ability to socialize with other publishers in the AdExcel Publishers Network. You can also create new connections with other publishers in sister networks in AdExcel and add them as 'partners'. An exchange of links will drive more traffic to your website(s), and build a growing community of publishers that want to succeed in monetization.
Can I customize my Publisher Dashboard and Profile?
Yes. AdExcel makes it flexible for you to personalize your AdExcel experience.
Why are there points/trophies on my Profile?
Publishers will be awarded with points/trophies through various site activities. For example, a trophy will be awarded when you successfully recruit a publisher or an advertiser into your network.
What is the benefit of having an AdExcel Publisher Profile?
Your profile will be used to showcase your website(s) and Personal Ad Networks. Besides that, signing up for a Publisher's profile will enable you to send messages to other Publishers and post 'motivations'.
Why is my publishers/members/partners group as friends?
This is just a way to categorize your contacts. Publishers registered with your Personal Advertising Network are called 'Members' where else 'Partners' are publishers from other networks within AdExcel.
Who are the partners in my friends list?
Partners are publishers from other networks in AdExcel. You can exchange website links with your partners. However you don’t earn anything from your partners' earnings. You only earn a portion of your members' revenue in your network.
Can I delete members or partners in my list?
You can’t delete members as they contribute to your earnings. It will not be wise to cut a potential revenue stream coming from your members. On the other hand, you can remove partners from your friends' list, disabling your link exchange with that publisher. This can be done since partners do not directly contribute earnings to your network.
