Can I delete a comment on my Ad?
No, but you can Flag it to hide comments which you think is inappropriate. Negative comments will automatically be hidden in a “collapse/reveal” mode.
What happens to old comments and ratings?
Having lots of feedback is a good thing as it shows that users are responding to your ads. However to ensure that feedbacks remain fresh and as current as possible, our system will auto-archive comments and reset ratings back to zero every 30 days . This should serve as a better measurement for both advertisers and users for up-to-date feedbacks.
What is Random Recommended Sites (RRS)?
Random Recommended Sites is an option that will allow you to reach out to more users with minimal additional costs. Users are given an option to “Show More Similar Websites” on the AdExcel toolbar upon clicking an ad. This allows you to reach out to more users interested in a particular topic. If you are uncomfortable with this option, you can turn it off in your individual advertising campaign.
Is it safe to register with an AdExcel Publisher via the Personal Advertising Network?
Yes. AdExcel Publishers are given full exclusivity to provide registrations for new Advertisers. The Personal Advertising Network is an affiliate system provided by AdExcel for the benefit of our Publishers. Rest assured, all payment details, customer service and backend support will be managed by AdExcel and its secure system. This ensures reliability and consistency in the quality of service and support across board.
How do I pay for AdExcel advertising solutions?
AdExcel currently accepts all major credit cards via WorldPay. WorldPay is the leading online payment processing system from the UK and is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group. Payments are requested at the end of each calendar month.
