AdExcel currently accepts all major credit cards via Worldpay. Worldpay is the leading payment processing system from the United Kingdom and is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group. You will be billed at the end of every calendar month.

Yes. AdExcel Publishers are given full exclusivity to provide registrations for new Advertisers. The Personal Advertising Network is an affiliate system provided by AdExcel for the benefit of our Publishers. Rest assured, all payment details, customer service and backend support will be managed by AdExcel and its secure system. This ensures reliability and consistency in the quality of service and support across board.

1. Find the Worldpay FuturePay Confirmation e-mail that was sent when you registered your credit card details.
2. In the e-mail, find the URL for the Worldpay Shopper Help page.
3. You would also be able to find the username and password to access Worldpay Shopper Help page.
4. At the Worldpay Shopper Help page, look for the Agreement Login and click on it.
5. Enter the login details as found in the e-mail.
6. Cancel the appropriate FuturePay agreement that is associated with AdExcel advertising. You only need to cancel this agreement to cancel your AdExcel billings. Ensure the Merchant Reference matches the AdExcel Cart ID when you are doing your cancellation.

Refunds will only be given at the sole discretion of the AdExcel Management.
